Campushost by Vellumarc
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Campushost platform provided by Campushost. Please read them carefully. By using Campushost, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Campushost (“Vellumarc”, “we”, “us”) governing use of the Campushost platform and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, or by authorising others at your organisation to do so, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Campushost is a school management (ERP) platform that helps schools manage functions such as fees, admissions, student records, reports, and communication with parents and guardians — including notifications delivered over the WhatsApp Business Platform. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
To use the Service you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of your School and be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law.

Communications sent through Campushost use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When you use messaging features, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send and for your compliance with applicable laws and Meta’s policies.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms for the Service are as set out in the order form or subscription plan agreed between you and Vellumarc. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes, which are payable in addition at the prevailing rate.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Vellumarc and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights in your Customer Data.
You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data and for having the necessary rights and consents to provide it to us.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta and Meta Cloud API. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellumarc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vellumarc and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your messaging activity, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order form or for material breach. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts at Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
